## What we offer

We set up and operate a private OpenClaw instance for customers who want a personal AI assistant without managing Linux, servers, updates, backups or OpenClaw configuration themselves.

The assistant can connect to messaging channels such as Telegram or Discord and can be extended with skills for email, calendar, documents, research and automation workflows depending on customer setup.

## Plans and pricing

- Starter: CHF 19/month or CHF 180/year (CHF 15/month equivalent)
- Pro: CHF 34/month or CHF 320/year (CHF 27/month equivalent)
- Business: CHF 59/month or CHF 560/year (CHF 47/month equivalent)

AI model/API usage is paid directly by the customer to providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI or Google and is typically around CHF 5–20/month depending on usage.

Payments are processed via Stripe.

## Hosting and data model

Each customer receives a private OpenClaw instance hosted on Swiss infrastructure. Credentials and connection details are configured on the customer's private instance and are not kept in a shared customer-data archive.

OpenClaw Hosting keeps administrative maintenance access for operations, updates, backups, security and support. Customer conversations are not routinely accessed and customer content is not used for tracking or model training.
